COLD CALLING SCRIPT (INTROS)

  1. “Hello, my name is [Name] and I am reaching out to you on behalf of [Company]. We specialize in providing [Product/Service] to businesses like yours and I believe we could really help take your company to the next level. Is now a good time for a quick conversation?”
  2. “Good morning/afternoon [Client’s name], my name is [Name] and I am the [Position] at [Company]. I came across your company while researching top providers in the [Industry] industry and was impressed by the work you do. I wanted to see if there might be an opportunity to connect and discuss how our [Product/Service] could potentially benefit your business.”
  3. “Hi [Client’s name], my name is [Name] and I am the [Position] at [Company]. I wanted to reach out and see if you might be interested in learning more about how our [Product/Service] can help your business achieve its goals. We have worked with many companies in the [Industry] industry and have a proven track record of success. Would it be possible to schedule a call at your convenience to discuss this further?”

It is important to note that you have to be comfortable with these approaches, so make sure you use your own, and authentic voice.
